We originally found Matt at Lockout Locksmith through a third party, and we got very lucky ending up with Matt and Lockout for the job we needed. We needed to buy a battery before we could get a new key made, so once we did that, we called Matt back and he scheduled us within 24 hours to complete the job. The things I appreciated most is Matts flexibility and availability as we needed our key fast so we could move the car (and not get towed 🤬). His price was more than fair and he didn't charge us for a new job even though he had to come to us twice. Yes, obviously he will travel to you! Matt is a true professional but with a warm and friendly demeanor. Super easy to work with and will go the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy. Thanks Matt! ~ Adriel S

Mann where can I even get start !!!!! Just say you pray to god and ask if he’s real yes he’s real !!!!!! My car was broken into over the weekend and I wanted to take immediate action on changing my lock and getting my key fob back to working correctly. After a quick search for a mobile Locksmith on Google, I found Matt, who was extremely helpful from the get-go. I already checked with my dealership and they quoted me at well over $600 for repairs, but I knew that the lock cylinder was fairly easy to replace and it was mostly about getting a new emergency key. Matt answered all my questions and guided me on what I needed to get specifically from the dealership, and even tried finding me cheaper alternative routes. Once I purchased the parts I needed, he gave me a timeframe and showed up promptly within that timeframe and did what needed to be done for more than half the cost of what my dealership was quoting me for. 10 out of 10 would recommend Matt and this company. Great and efficient service. It took three hours for AAA to show up when they first came.They could open the door and get inside, but they couldn't open the trunk. After I called Lockout Locksmith Services to request help unlocking a difficult trunk where my daughter had misplaced her keys, it took them under an hour when Steven arrived with the most pleasant and upbeat attitude despite the fact that it was after hours—0141 to be exact. The entire process of opening the trunk took an hour and ten minutes. It's a 2017 Toyota Yaris Ai, and as you may already be aware, opening the trunk is challenging. He tried every tactic and refused to give up. He succeeded by going above and beyond. Thanks to him, my daughter can now get up at 0500 and leave in time to get to class at UCSD. Amazing. 10/10! We locked ourselves out of our safe and had no other options then to have someone come cut it open for us. He was so nice! So personable. He was able to get to my house in 15-20 minutes after I posted a request on yelp. He came and gave us a free estimate and had it open ten minutes later. I’m so thankful because we really needed something that was inside and I assumed trying to find someone on a Sunday would be difficult. Can’t stress enough how nice and helpful he was. The dealership wanted $420 to reprogram ONE new key fob after I lost my Master Key. I called around for prices and Matthew offered to price match AND arrived much faster than the competition. No joke, Matthew was here and finished before the competition had even arrived. He even provided a second key when my aftermarket key was not compatible and programmed both keys. Tried to start my car and non of my 3 keys would turn the ignition!! He’s a life saver!! He drove about an hour I believe to get to us!! Very fast!! Great deal considering the convenience you are getting of not having it towed to a shop and having someone work on it that doesn’t specialize specifically in replacing and programming!! He knew what he was doing and got it done fast! The replacement key is very nice! Buttons and shape look exactly like our old key but deeper matt black which I think actually even looks nicer, has same functions even the trunk! He had to replace our whole ignition too and did it all in front of our house with the car on the street! Gave us a master key so if we lose this new key we can call and have them make us another one easily!! Definitely would recommend to others!! He answered right away and kept in communication!! Well, matthew, with lockout block service came over within a half an hour after contacting him was on time had all of his equipment with him prepare to take on the task. He was efficient with his job, took care of business, gave me some great two sided deadbolts and i'm good. Matthew has come to my rescue twice now! First time was with one of my residents who was locked out during Thanksgiving. He arrived fast, took care of the door and she was happy. What a GREAT experience. It sucks to be in a position to need a car locksmith at home, but it was such great service and communication. Matt was able to give me an idea of actual cost where other places wouldn't even talk to me until I gave them all my information. He was here quickly at a flat rate for service. Matthew did an amazing job fixing my issue. He knows what he is doing 100%. I had called a locksmith before he showed up and wasn’t able to resolve my problem and told me I had to take the car to the dealer. Matthew helped me while I was doing an Instacart order. I made the silly mistake of locking my keys in a car. This dude went out of his way from dispatch to come personally and unlock the car himself in a reasonable amount of time.
