Customer's reviews
I can’t thank Matthew Don Charest enough for coming to my friend’s rescue. My friend lost her car key. I called at 1:30am and within minutes I received a text that he was on this way. He arrived quickly, was incredibly kind, professional, made what could have been a very stressful experience feel easy. His customer service was exceptional, and you could tell he genuinely cared about helping us. He worked efficiently, explained everything and had this all done in a few minutes all while keeping a positive attitude and a smile on his face.
It’s rare to find someone who is this dependable, especially in the middle of the night. If you ever need a locksmith, I highly recommend 24/7 Lockout Locksmith and especially Matthew. Thank you for turning a frustrating situation into such a pleasant experience.
Have a wonderful 4th of July!
Sincerely, Andrea

I can't say enough great things about lockout Locksmiths! They truly knock it out 🤩Their honesty and integrity shine through every interaction. They provided quick service, and the friendly drivers made the experience even better. They were incredibly responsive to my calls, which is a huge relief when you're in a bind—like losing your keys and feeling like a contestant on a game show: "What’s behind door number one?" Thankfully, it was a speedy locksmith! The work was A1, and I've had zero issues since. If you need a locksmith, you can trust these pros to get you back on track without the stress! I was so relieved the work was quick, even got a free keychain holder for the key they made me 🙌
They also accept zelle as a payment I'm an extremely happy customer, and as a professional reviewer I don't take that lightly
Highly recommended.

We originally found Matt at Lockout Locksmith through a third party, and we got very lucky ending up with Matt and Lockout for the job we needed. We needed to buy a battery before we could get a new key made, so once we did that, we called Matt back and he scheduled us within 24 hours to complete the job. The things I appreciated most is Matts flexibility and availability as we needed our key fast so we could move the car (and not get towed 🤬). His price was more than fair and he didn't charge us for a new job even though he had to come to us twice. Yes, obviously he will travel to you! Matt is a true professional but with a warm and friendly demeanor. Super easy to work with and will go the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy. Thanks Matt!
